The Brown County Breakdown was a mountain bike/bluegrass festival held annually from 2005 to 2013. The Sub-9 Productions event was a benefit for the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association. The weekend was full of live bluegrass music from local, regional and national bluegrass musicians, a huge hog roast from Jug's Catering and hundreds of mountain bike enthusiasts enjoying beautiful Brown County, Indiana.
The Brown County Breakdown:
~ Raised more than $115k for the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association's trail building efforts
~ Saw participants representing nearly 30 different states and 9 countries
~ Hosted one of the largest, free bicycle demos days east of the Mississippi
~ Helped gain mountain bike access for the first time to connect Brown County State Park, Yellowwood State Forest and the Hoosier National Forest
